I studied a lot during this time, and you’ll notice my anatomy improving. The quality of my paintings also got better as I learned more about edge control and values. While they still look a bit muddy, they’re definitely showing progress. I did a ton of still-life paintings for rendering and light studies, along with many figure drawings.

I also dabbled in 3D for the first time. I believe the two pieces here were created in Mudbox.
